A: Orders typically ship within a couple of days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders ship out of Salt Lake City.

Q: What I want is out of stock. Will you stock it again?
A: We are touched by the interest and support we've received in the short time since we launched our business. We are doing our best to keep up with the high demand for our products. Our production team is working tirelessly to restock patterns as soon as possible.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Defective products can be postmarked for return within 30 days of delivery. If the product is damaged or flawed, please send a picture along with your order number and contact name to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Original shipping on orders is non-refundable. We do not offer free-shipping on returns (except for damaged/flawed items).
Items in new condition in the original packaging can be returned for store credit.
If you received your item as a gift, please send a picture of the receipt or proof of purchase and we will get you taken care of.
Refunds/store credit are processed as soon as we receive the returned item(s).
Q: I made a mistake with my order! Can I change/cancel it?
A: Yes, but let us know as soon as you can. Once the order has been processed and fulfilled there's not much we can do. We will do all we can to accommodate your individual circumstance.
